There are four villa types. The Garden Villa has a living room, a master bedroom with double or twin beds and a private tropical garden with a secluded terrace. The Pool Villa adds a private pool and sundeck, while the Plantation Pool Villa is a duplex with a bedroom loft and a deep soaking tub for two. The Two Bedroom Pool Villa has two master suites, with interconnecting suites available, which suits friends or relatives travelling together. Every villa includes Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a safe, a minibar and butler service. The hotel does not publish a total villa count.

Days can be as active or as slow as you choose. Yoga takes place in an open-air studio, and butler guided private island tours build a customised itinerary around your interests. A monthly calendar of Balinese cultural events adds a local focus, including the Ubud Writers and Readers Festival from 21 to 25 October 2026. No sports facilities or entertainment programme are published for the resort.

Pool Villa categories each have a private pool, measuring 3.5 by 7 metres in the Pool Villa, 4 by 8 metres in the Plantation Pool Villa and 3 by 7.5 metres in the Two Bedroom Pool Villa, so swimming happens on your own terms. A Poolside Bar serves juices and pool bites through the day. The Pavilions Spa has four airy treatment rooms in a private garden and uses organic homemade products, with the Royal Lulur and Aloe Vera Facial among its treatments. An open-air yoga studio offers sessions tailored to your level.

Dining centres on Jahe Restaurant, which serves authentic Indonesian flavours and international favourites against a garden backdrop, and the Poolside Bar, an all day venue for sandwiches, organic salads, juices and island cocktails. A kids menu is available at both. Signature Dining Experiences include a Seafood BBQ, a Moonlight Picnic, a four course Heaven On Earth dinner in your villa and a Floating Afternoon Tea. A Balinese cooking class teaches authentic dishes using fresh, local ingredients.

Sanur is moments from the resort and is known for its calm shores and rich history. Private island tours guided by your butler explore the island the hotel calls the Island of the Gods.
