Qunci Villas Resort

Qunci Villas Resort is a five-star boutique beachfront resort on Mangsit Beach, in the Senggigi area of Lombok's west coast. Facing the Bali Sea, it offers sunset views while keeping Senggigi town only a short drive away. The mood is calm and intimate, with an adults-oriented feel that suits couples, though families and solo travellers are also welcome. Breakfast is included with every stay, and the design pairs modern comfort with traditional Indonesian artistry.

Accommodation is split between rooms and villas. Garden View Rooms look onto tropical greenery, while Ocean View Rooms face the sea. For more space, the pool villas each have a private pool: Qumbang Villa has one bedroom, Qunang Villa has two and Qusia Villa has three, with butler service in selected villas. Rooms and villas include air conditioning with an individual remote, a mini bar, tea and coffee making facilities, bathrobes, slippers and complimentary bottled water, and Wi-Fi is complimentary throughout the resort.

Qinetic Gym Studio is air-conditioned, open daily from 07:00 to 22:00 and suits all fitness levels, while beachfront yoga is held beside the sea.

Dining brings together three restaurants and a beach bar. Quali serves Indonesian and Asian dishes in an open-air beachfront setting and is halal certified. Qerang focuses on fresh seafood and imported steaks, while Nooq Trattoria Sunset Bar offers handmade pastas and wood-fired pizzas from a Napolitano chef. Qoral Beach Bar is the place for drinks and light bites as the sun sets over the Bali Sea. Breakfast Around the World is an à la carte morning menu with views towards Mount Agung, and Rasa Raya is a five-stage Indonesian tasting lunch. Room service runs from 07:00 to 01:00.

Senggigi town is about ten minutes away by car and Mataram around thirty minutes. Lombok International Airport in Praya is the island's only commercial airport, roughly an hour and a quarter to ninety minutes by road, and a private transfer can be arranged in advance with a driver meeting you in the arrivals hall. Fast boats to the Gili Islands leave from Bangsal or Teluk Nare harbours, roughly thirty to forty-five minutes north by car.
