The Coral at Atlantis, Bahamas is a newly renovated, moderate-category hotel within the Atlantis resort on Paradise Island. Its updated lobby lounge and lively pool area are designed with multigenerational family holidays in mind, while the wider resort provides extensive water attractions, marine experiences, dining and entertainment. You can enjoy a relaxed base with straightforward access to facilities across Atlantis.
Standard, Deluxe and Premium rooms feature new bedding, tiled floors and contemporary décor. Every room has a full balcony, with terrace, harbour or water views available depending on the category selected. Accommodation comes with either one king-size bed or two queen-size beds, giving couples and families practical sleeping options. Wi-Fi for up to four devices per room is included, and the complimentary resort shuttle helps you travel between different areas of Atlantis.
Aquaventure, The Dig, daily fish feeding, films in the Atlantis Theatre and casino gaming lessons are included with your stay. The marine habitats cover 15 lagoons and contain more than 50,000 aquatic animals representing over 250 species. Blue Adventures offers snorkelling, scuba diving and snuba around Bahamian coral reefs. Families can also use Poseidon’s Playzone, Atlantis Kids Adventures for ages three to 12 and CRUSH Teen Club for ages 13 to 17. Sports facilities include six tennis courts, a basketball court and the 18-hole, par-72 Ocean Club Golf Course.
Atlantis has more than 20 swimming areas and 11 individual pools, including three created specifically for children. Aquaventure is a 141-acre waterscape with pools, slides and river attractions, including The Rapids River, a mile-long ride with rolling rapids and wave surges. Mandara Spa has 34 treatment villas, including a couples suite, as well as warm and cold plunge pools, steam rooms, and saunas in the private lounge areas. A salon and barber shop are also available. The 10,000-square-foot fitness centre offers Pilates, yoga, cycling, personal training and a four-lane, 25-metre lap pool.
Across the resort, you can choose from 21 restaurants and 19 bars and lounges. The dining collection includes venues associated with Michelin-starred chefs Nobu Matsuhisa, José Andrés and Michael White, offering a variety of dining options throughout your stay. For evening drinks and entertainment, Aura Nightclub features live DJs, VIP seating, a sunken dance floor and two bars.
The Coral sits within the wider Atlantis resort on Paradise Island, with a complimentary shuttle connecting its principal facilities. Nearby resort attractions include Dolphin Cay, where you can learn about marine conservation and interact with dolphins and sea lions, and The Dig, which combines Lost City-themed tunnels with marine exhibits.
