Azura Bermuda

Azura Bermuda sits on Bermuda’s South Shore beside Blackburn Smith Nature Reserve and the Railway Trail, with broad Atlantic views. The setting suits a relaxed island break with easy access to beaches, Hamilton and outdoor experiences. The resort has elevated sandy terraces above its main beach; the sand can recede with the tides, while the Ocean Pool remains available at beach level.

You can choose from Cottage Rooms and guest rooms to one- and two-bedroom suites. Oceanfront Guest Rooms measure 375–500 square feet and offer ocean, reef and beach views, while Cottage Rooms provide 400–800 square feet with king, queen or twin bedroom options. One-Bedroom Oceanfront Suites measure 800–1,000 square feet, and Two-Bedroom Oceanfront Suites offer 1,200–1,400 square feet with king and twin bedrooms available. We also offer ocean-view rooms and suites.

The resort and its concierge can arrange a broad mix of land and water activities. On site, you can take complimentary group yoga on the Seascape Rooftop, request a private yoga session or, seasonally, try paddleboard yoga. Further options include cycling the Bermuda Railway Trail, golf at Port Royal, Belmont Hills or Turtle Hill, plus kayaking, catamaran trips, snorkelling, scuba diving, helmet diving, jet-ski tours and whale watching. Harbour Nights offers local culture and flavour on Wednesday evenings from May to August.

The resort has four distinct pool areas. The Ocean Pool sits at beach level and is continually filled with fresh Atlantic saltwater, while the rooftop Sky Pool offers wide South Shore views, a sundeck, and a sauna. The heated Terrace Pool is close to the restaurant and bar, and the adults-only Palm Pool offers a quieter setting near the fitness and wellness area. You can also book in-room spa treatments, join rooftop group yoga, or use the fitness centre with Cybex equipment, treadmills, an elliptical machine, a Peloton bike, free weights and resistance machines.

Dining centres on SURF Restaurant, serving breakfast from 7 am to 11 am, lunch from noon to 5 pm and dinner from 5 pm to 9.30 pm. The Ocean Pool features the seasonal Ocean Bar. For a more private meal, you can arrange dining on the beach terrace or a Chef’s Table at SURF Restaurant, where the Executive Chef prepares a personalised multi-course tasting menu with wine pairings. Private chef experiences are also available.

You are around 10 minutes from the City of Hamilton and close to several South Shore beaches. Elbow Beach is listed at about two minutes away, Warwick Long Bay at five minutes, and Horseshoe Bay Beach at seven minutes, while Cooper’s Island is around 35 minutes away. The resort is also beside Blackburn Smith Nature Reserve and the Railway Trail.
