Singapore is a 55-minute ferry ride away, so the journey is short. The resort welcomes families, couples and adventure seekers, with direct access to a white-sand beach. Rooms and suites overlook the South China Sea, and nature-inspired design shapes the calm, tropical feel.

The resort offers five room types: Island Chill, Sea Breeze - Queen, Sea Breeze - Twin, Island Suite and Island Family Suite. Each has air conditioning, complimentary Wi-Fi, a private balcony, an in-room safe, a refrigerator and a bathtub. Views take in the garden, the pools or the South China Sea. Island Suites add living and dining areas, while Island Family Suites have two bedrooms, each with its own bathtub, plus a sundeck and outdoor jetpool.

Rangers Kids' Club welcomes children aged three to ten each day from 08:25 to 17:00, with baking, face painting, craft work, local games and nature trails. Tanjung Pinang City, Plaza Lagoi and Treasure Bay Crystal Lagoon are all listed nearby. Flying in from Jakarta takes 1 hour 15 minutes to Raja Haji Fisabilillah Airport in Tanjung Pinang. From Batam, a 20-minute speedboat links Telaga Punggur with Tanjung Uban on Bintan.
