Mondrian Cancun is the first all-inclusive resort from the Mondrian brand, set on Boulevard Kukulcan in Cancun's Hotel Zone between the Nichupté Lagoon and the Caribbean Sea. Meals, drinks and entertainment are all part of the stay, so you can follow your own rhythm rather than a fixed itinerary. The mood is design led, cultural and social, which suits couples and friends who want choice and energy. The rooftop and the Mondrian+ rooms are adults only.
Mondrian Cancun has 400 rooms and suites, each with a balcony and views of the Caribbean, the lagoon or the tropical landscape. Signature Bay and Signature Coastal rooms form the core, with the Loft Suite adding a partition between bedroom and living area. Upgrade to Mondrian+ for butler service, private check-in and The Exchange+ lounge. At the top sits the two-bedroom Sky House, with a kitchenette, wrap-around balcony, dining space and plunge pool.
Entertainment and activities run through the day and night, with live music, artistic workshops, mindful movement and natural exploration. On the Nichupté Lagoon you can kayak, join a jungle boat tour, try a jet ski or watch for wildlife among the mangroves. Golfers have preferred access to the neighbouring Iberostar course, which spans over 150 acres of subtropical landscape. Sun decks, in-water lounges and curated music set a lively pool scene.
Three pools shape the days here. Two feature pools sit beside the Nichupté Lagoon, while the third crowns the resort as Cancun's longest rooftop pool, with views over the Caribbean and the lagoon. Cabanas line the pools for a shaded pause between swims, and Isla serves frozen drinks poolside or swim up. A 24-hour gym and a timetable of group classes and mindful movement keep wellbeing easy to fit in.
More than eight restaurants and bars keep every meal different. Cuyo celebrates Mexican Pacific seafood and wood-fire cooking, Hadaba brings Mediterranean flavours, and Mondrian Market lays out a buffet of regional and international dishes. Cuyo Ceviche, Uno Mas and Ennea Beach Club cover casual bites, while Sun & Moon moves from coffee to cocktails. Mondrian+ adds Niko and Allegra on the rooftop, and in-room dining is available.
Ennea Beach Club on Playa Delfines is five minutes away, with a complimentary shuttle and beachfront dining across two levels, a pool and cabanas. In Cancun, La Isla Shopping Village sits on the lagoon, Luxury Avenue offers boutiques and Grand Outlet Riviera Maya brings outlet shopping. Mayan archaeological sites and cenotes are close by, and Cancun International Airport is roughly 15 minutes by car.
