The Ritz-Carlton Grand Cayman occupies 144 acres on Seven Mile Beach and is Grand Cayman’s only AAA Five Diamond luxury property. You are directly beside the Caribbean Sea, with a large resort setting that combines five signature restaurants, extensive sports facilities, a spa and family activities. It works particularly well if you want beach time balanced with plenty to do on site.

Accommodation includes Resort and Oceanfront guestrooms, as well as Residential suites. The Harbour Club Pool provides a central place to relax, with private sheltered cabanas offering lounge-style seating and food and drink service from Andiamo. Starfish Cay, the island’s only water park, includes a zero-entry splash pool, water nozzles and gentle slides. At La Prairie Spa, you can book facials, massages and body treatments, while the 9,000 sq ft Fitness Centre includes a whirlpool, sauna, steam room and daily classes such as yoga and aerobics.

There are five signature restaurants, with several distinctive dining styles. Blue by Eric Ripert serves local seafood and is the Caribbean’s only AAA Five Diamond restaurant. Seven offers beef and seafood with views across Seven Mile Beach, while Andiamo specialises in Italian dishes including pasta and pizza. Taikun focuses on sushi and Japanese cuisine, including tableside grated wasabi. You can also visit Silver Palm Lounge for cocktails and Afternoon Tea or Bar Jack for casual beachside food and drinks.

Seven Mile Beach lies directly beside the resort, so the Caribbean Sea is immediately accessible for swimming and water-based activities.
