There are five signature restaurants, with several distinctive dining styles. Blue by Eric Ripert serves local seafood and is the Caribbean’s only AAA Five Diamond restaurant. Seven offers beef and seafood with views across Seven Mile Beach, while Andiamo specialises in Italian dishes including pasta and pizza. Taikun focuses on sushi and Japanese cuisine, including tableside grated wasabi. You can also visit Silver Palm Lounge for cocktails and Afternoon Tea or Bar Jack for casual beachside food and drinks.

Seven Mile Beach lies directly beside the resort, so the Caribbean Sea is immediately accessible for swimming and water-based activities.
