Every category is a suite. Junior Suites average 40-45 square metres. The One Bedroom Suite runs to 65, and the One Bedroom Premier adds a private jacuzzi at 78, while the two-bedroom categories reach 120. Signature Suites add a private plunge pool, a Dyson hair dryer, and Guest Relations service, with sizes from 121 to 214 square metres, up to the 252-square-metre Grand Signature Suite. Connecting rooms can be requested.

The Sandbox Kids Room takes children aged nought to twelve daily from 16:00, with arts and crafts, traditional Filipino games, scavenger hunts and cooking lessons. Babysitting can be arranged on request. Island hopping, snorkelling, parasailing, ATV rides and the Kawa hot bath experience are all bookable through the resort, and there is a separate children's pool, a playground, a kiddie lounge and a game room.

The ground-level pool sits beside Sands Restaurant and features a shallow kiddie level, a jacuzzi and a poolside bar, with butlers carrying inflatable toys and complimentary treats. Terra Wellness Spa opens daily from 10:00 to 22:00, offering massages, facials, body scrubs, and wraps inspired by Filipino healing traditions. The fitness facility includes cardio and strength equipment, and there is a recreation room, a library, and a meeting space.

Indigo Restaurant serves a seasonal menu built on land and sea and has appeared repeatedly in the Tatler Dining Guide, opening daily from 12:00 to 22:00. Sands Restaurant runs the breakfast buffet from 06:00 and stays open until 22:00, with boodle fight selections and happy hour from 16:00. Forno Osteria bakes pizzas in a brick oven and grills steaks on the only Josper oven on the island.

The 360 Roof Lounge overlooks the whole island and features a jacuzzi, an infinity lounge pool, hammocks and a dedicated roof-lounge butler. It opens daily from 11:00 to 22:00. Sand Bar sits on the beach for sunset, and Bogart's Bar serves poolside bites beside the back lobby. Room service and the front desk both run around the clock, and there is a gift shop. Parking is not available on site.
