Address Sky View stands on Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Boulevard in Downtown Dubai, with direct access to Dubai Mall and a metro station. Shopping, dining and onward travel are close at hand, and the hotel looks towards the Burj Khalifa and Downtown Dubai. A Club Lounge and access to the Sky Bridge add another layer to a city stay.

Eleven room and suite types are on offer, from the Premier Room, in king and twin, to the Premier Burj Khalifa View Room, Club Burj View Room, Junior Suite, Executive Suite Sky View, Panoramic Suite and Presidential Suite. Views take in the city, Downtown Dubai or the Burj Khalifa, and most categories add a balcony. The Premier Burj View Family Room pairs adjoining king and twin rooms. Every room has a Nespresso coffee machine, an interactive flat-screen TV, complimentary high-speed WiFi and an in-room safe, while Club Burj View rooms and the suites also carry Exclusive Club Benefits.

Children aged 4 to 12 are looked after at the Qix Kids Club, with educational games, activities and craft sessions from 10am to 7pm, and babysitting is available with 24 hours' notice. Alto 54 adds curated DJ entertainment by day, while CÉ LA VI and Amelia keep going until 3am. The Sky Views Observatory has an outdoor glass slide that runs through a transparent tube between levels 53 and 52.

The infinity pool on the Sky Deck, at Level 54, overlooks the Burj Khalifa. It has a large sun-lounging area, private cabanas and a bar, and it is open to adults aged 18 and over from 9am until sunset. If you are travelling with children, the larger pool on the lobby level is the one to use. The Spa at Address Sky View fills the 54th floor from 10am to 10pm, with massages, facials and aromatherapy, a vitality pool and hydrotherapy. A couples' treatment room has Burj Khalifa views, and there is a ladies-only steam room and jacuzzi. A fitness centre and beauty salon complete the picture.

Seven venues cover dining and drinks. The Restaurant at Address Sky View serves Mediterranean cooking on the lobby level, with a terrace facing the Burj Khalifa, and the Patisserie nearby adds pastries and afternoon tea from 3pm to 7pm. Deck Too is a pool lounge and bar with sunset views. CÉ LA VI serves contemporary Asian cooking on Level 54, Alto 54 is a rooftop restaurant beside the infinity pool, Amelia Restaurant and Lounge pairs Peruvian and Japanese flavours with mixology, and Felicità brings handmade pasta and wood-fired pizza, with a Saturday brunch.

Dubai Mall is about a ten-minute walk along an air-conditioned walkway, and the metro station connects directly to the hotel, so the wider city is simple to reach.
