One&Only One Za'abeel stands on Za'abeel Palace Street, close to DIFC and Downtown Dubai, in a precinct anchored by The Link, billed as the world's longest suspended cantilever. Restaurants, a lounge and an infinity pool sit high above the city, and daily breakfast is part of your room stay. The setting suits couples, families and business travellers who want the city on the doorstep.
Stays begin with the Za'abeel Room and Grand Za'abeel Room, both with Burj Khalifa or city views and a choice of one king or two queen beds. Suites include the Sanctuary Suite with a massage area and gym, the Urban Suite set up for remote working and the Creative Suite with a media suite. The Skyline Suite, Skyline Loft and Royal Suite sit above these, and Villa One is a penthouse with two bedrooms and a private pool. Suite stays add access to the N53 Lounge, a dedicated host and daily children's activities.
Padel courts on the ground floor come with expert coaching, and the Movement Studio offers fitness technology, personal training and classes, open around the clock for resort guests. Children can join daily activities at KidsOnly. ALKEMY Salons on Level 2 offer hair, grooming, nail and beauty services, and evenings can end in the cigar lounge at N53 or at the bar and lounge at Nobu.
You have three places to swim. The Garden Pool on Level 4 has a lagoon pool, a children's pool and a swim-up bar, while the infinity pool on Level 27 is reserved for guests aged 21 and over. A Private Sanctuary beside the Garden Pool can be booked for a quieter day. The Longevity Hub by Clinique La Prairie spreads across three floors, with treatments for longevity, wellbeing and aesthetics, and the Movement Studio gym, steam room and sauna are yours to use.
Seven venues share the property. Nobu One Za'abeel serves Japanese dishes from chef Nobu Matsuhisa, Culinara gathers eleven chef led concepts in a food hall, Andaliman cooks Indonesian dishes and Aelia serves Mediterranean lunches with city views. Maison Devoille is a Parisian pastry boutique that becomes a Champagne bar in the evening. The Garden Pool Bar serves South East Asian dishes beside the water, and N53 on the 53rd floor combines skyline views, a bar and a cigar lounge.
The Dubai Frame, the Museum of the Future, Al Shindagha Museum and Etihad Museum are among the cultural stops beyond the hotel, with luxury shopping and dining at The Link close by. DIFC and Downtown Dubai are near, and the hotel can arrange experiences such as desert safaris and digital galleries. Return airport transfers come with the signature suites, so arrival is looked after from the first moment.
