An Lam Retreats Saigon River sits beside the Saigon River in Ho Chi Minh City, under a shaded tropical canopy and 25 minutes by boat from the city centre. The resort has 35 spacious villas and suites spread across a garden, with a contemporary design that reflects local heritage, and a butler looks after your requests. Choose from one-bedroom and two-bedroom villas and suites, 35 in total. Suites combine a bedroom, a living room and a balcony, while pool villas add an outdoor terrace, a private pool and living space. Some villas stand right at the water's edge. Views look over the garden or the Saigon River, and the River View Signature Suite and Presidential Suite occupy the top floors.
You can start the day with yoga sun salutations or a meditation class beside the river, or follow the wellness programme that includes sound healing. Children can join creative craft sessions designed just for them, although a dedicated kids club is not published. Sunset river cruises, a Vietnamese cooking class and local fishing are offered, and a private car service can take you to Hoi Khanh Pagoda or the Cu Chi Tunnel.

The resort is 25 minutes by boat from Bach Dang Station and just over 30 minutes by car from Tan Son Nhat International Airport and the city centre. From here you can reach Notre-Dame Cathedral, the Opera House and Reunification Palace, as well as Lai Thieu and the craft villages of Binh Duong.
