Mai House Saigon stands at 157 Nam Ky Khoi Nghia Street in Ho Chi Minh City, with its lobby entrance on Ngo Thoi Nhiem Street. The hotel describes its style as French-Indochinese, with colonial flair and bespoke art collections throughout. Guest rooms, suites and serviced apartments sit under one roof, which suits short city stays and longer ones alike.

The hotel offers eleven room categories, all with city views. Deluxe Rooms, Premium King Rooms, Premium Twin Rooms and Premium Club Rooms range from 30 to 38 sqm, while Junior Suite, Mai Suite and the 169 sqm Presidential Suite add lounge space and more room to settle in. Serviced apartments run from one bedroom up to two bedrooms and the 139 sqm Mai Residence, which has a full kitchen. Free Wi-Fi, a minibar and a smart TV are included.

Mai Sky adds live DJ performances at weekends, giving the evenings a lively edge. Premium Club Rooms, Junior Suite, Mai Suite and the Presidential Suite include access to the Executive Lounge on the 14th floor. For meetings and celebrations, the third floor holds the Grand Saigon Ballroom, a pre-function space, five Saigon rooms and the Bến Thành Board Room, while the Gia Định Executive Meeting Suite and Board Room sits on the 14th floor.
