Rooms begin on the 27th floor, so the views of the city and Saigon River come with the height. The Deluxe Room has a super king bed or two twin beds, while the Grand Deluxe Room adds silk headboards and a leather chaise longue. Junior Suite and Reverie Romance Suite have separate living areas, and Designer Suites come with a 24 hour butler. Rooms in these categories have a Nespresso machine, a minibar refreshed daily and a deep soaking tub. The Reverie Lounge on the 38th and 39th floors serves suite guests.

Days here centre on the pool terrace, the fitness centre and the spa, with free Sunrise Serenity Yoga on the pool terrace each Wednesday and Saturday from 06:30 to 07:30. Long Triều on the 4th floor serves Cantonese dim sum and seafood and holds a MICHELIN star for 2026. The Long @ Times Square on Level 1 pairs a wood-fired Neapolitan pizza oven with a 48 metre bar and a gelato counter. Café Cardinal on the 6th floor is open from breakfast through dinner, with afternoon tea from 14:00 to 17:00. The Reverie Boutique has a café on Level 2, and in-room dining runs 24 hours.

The hotel stands where Nguyen Hue Boulevard meets Dong Khoi Street, two of Saigon's best known thoroughfares, the first its most monumental and the second its most fashionable. Transfers with meet-and-greet are arranged in a Bentley Mulsanne or Rolls-Royce Ghost, and the concierge can plan your days.
