Five hectares of tropical gardens hold 137 rooms and villas at low density, so the whole property feels unhurried. Wooden buildings echo the traditional architecture of Hoi An, while neutral tones, natural materials and Vietnamese touches give the interiors a calm Indochine character.

Every room measures at least 51 square metres and opens to a wide balcony or patio, with a deep bathtub and shower. Deluxe and Tropical Deluxe rooms look over the gardens, while Ocean Deluxe rooms face Binh Minh Beach. Sky Ocean Deluxe and Indochine rooms offer 80 square metres, and Family Suites add a mezzanine and a living area for children.
