Hoi An Ancient House Resort and Spa sits one kilometre from the UNESCO World Heritage Ancient Town, alongside the De Vong river on the road to Cua Dai Beach. Renovated in 2022, it is a replica of old town Hoi An, with clay tiled roof houses, small streets and water ponds across 6,600 square metres. The name comes from the original 200-year-old family home, a provincial-level relic, still lived in today. It suits you if you want a relaxed base close to the town.
Rooms are decorated in a cosy black and white scheme with a touch of Cham style. Choose a Superior, Garden View, Pool Garden View, Grand Deluxe or Deluxe Private Garden View Room, with garden views, private balconies and, in the Garden View Room, a private terrace. Families can book the Classic Triple Room or a Family Room with its own living room, and connecting family rooms are also available. Complimentary fruit and drinking water are provided in several rooms.
Countryside cycling tours are complimentary, and you can learn rice paper making in the family bakery. Evening events include the Hoi An Buffet Market, a Cham theme dinner with food inherited from the Champa Kingdom, a Vietnamese theme dinner covering the three main regions and a Swimming Pool Party, with a cultural programme performed on a stage in the middle of the pool.
