TIA Wellness Resort

TIA Wellness Resort sits on a beachfront on Central Vietnam's coast, about ten minutes from the heart of Danang, fifteen minutes from the airport and twenty minutes from the old town of Hoi An. Four private pool villas make up the accommodation, and the resort is built around its Wellness Inclusive concept, so treatments, classes and mindful dining shape each day. It suits couples, friends and families who want a stay centred on wellbeing.

Each of the four villas opens onto its own private garden with a swimming pool. Choose a one bedroom villa, a two bedroom villa, a two bedroom oceanfront villa or the three bedroom oceanfront villa, the largest on the resort. Villas offer air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, a bathtub, a daily wellness minibar, a safe, tea and coffee facilities and a flat-screen television, and all villas and private gardens are non-smoking. Breakfast is included.

Wellness Inclusive stays include two wellness treatments each night, while Retreat Inclusive adds a nightly retreat therapy, a dedicated wellness guide and plant-based full board meals. The Kids Wellness Club introduces younger visitors to Vietnamese culture, lantern making, yoga and tai chi. An entertainment space offers board games and console gaming for lighter moments between sessions.

The wellness centre is set in a tropical garden with a waterfall at its heart, and holds 22 treatment rooms, two beauty salons, two steam rooms and saunas, two hydrotherapy rooms, two relaxation rooms and pool areas. Two indoor yoga studios host breathwork, Vinyasa and Hatha yoga, HIIT and creative workshops, with up to five guided sessions daily on a weekly programme. Two Technogym fitness spaces cover cardio and strength training.

Three venues serve the resort, two restaurants and one lounge bar. The Dining Room offers inventive takes on Vietnamese flavours, The Ocean Bistro sits poolside with ocean views for light meals and the catch of the day, and The Art Lounge turns from a coffee and superfood space by day into an intimate bar in the evening. The wine list is fully organic and biodynamic. In-room dining, destination dining and a healthy cooking class are also available.

Signature Wellness Tours explore Central Vietnam through movement, creativity and mindful eating, while guided sightseeing tours visit Hoi An, My Son, Hue, Ba Na Hills and nearby villages. The airport is fifteen minutes away and Hoi An old town twenty minutes by road, so the villas make a calm base for both wellness days and days of discovery.
