Pilgrimage Village Resort and Spa sits in the quiet countryside just outside Hue, in a rustic village setting of lush gardens and lily lakes. It began as a handicraft village created by Le Van Truong, an architect and antique collector devoted to Vietnamese heritage, and grew into a resort of 173 rooms and villas. Carved wood, ceramic tiles and rich textiles define the interiors, while the Imperial Citadel and royal tombs lie a short drive away.
Accommodation ranges from Superior, Superior Plus and Deluxe rooms to Tropical, Pool Access, Plunge Pool and Traditional Pool Villas. Rooms measure 35 to 48 square metres, with bathtubs in the en suite bathrooms, while villas grow from 55 to 130 square metres and add private terraces, plunge pools or lake views. Family rooms with connecting doors suit parties travelling with children, and room service runs from 10:30 to 23:00.
Vedana Wellness and Spa works with natural ingredients, many from the resort herb garden, and pairs treatments with a jacuzzi, sauna, herbal steam and grass roofed shalas for resting afterwards.
