The building holds 236 rooms, suites and apartments, with the pool, gym, steam room and sauna gathered on level 7A and the Executive Club a floor above. Rooms start at 44 square metres and face either the city or KLCC Park, with the Pool Garden-View and Premier Park-View categories widening from there. Club Premier Park-View rooms add Executive Club access on level 7B, where breakfast, afternoon tea and evening cocktails are laid out above the park. Suites bring a separate sitting room and a sofabed, while the two-bedroom apartments run to 133 square metres with a full kitchen, a washer and a dryer.

The Spa opens daily from 11am to 8.30pm and works through massage, Valmont facials, body scrubs and wraps, acupuncture and the traditional Rotan Manau herbal treatment, with a couples suite, private rainfall showers and heated relaxation beds. Beyond the building, the concierge arranges Batu Caves and Royal Selangor tours, Chinatown evenings, firefly cruises and day trips to Malacca and the Cameron Highlands.

The outdoor pool runs along a landscaped terrace with loungers, umbrellas and towels, and opens daily from 7am to 7pm. The fitness centre is staffed by personal trainers and runs classes, and the changing rooms come with a steam room, a sauna and a relaxation lounge. Shops, a gift shop, same-day dry cleaning, laundry, shoeshine and 24-hour security cover the practical side, and pets are welcome.

Five places to eat and drink sit under one roof. Yun House has held a Michelin selection since 2023 and serves Cantonese cooking and dim sum beside windows onto KLCC Park, with a private room for ten to eighteen. Curate runs open-kitchen buffets through breakfast, lunch and dinner, then turns to brunch on Sundays. The Lounge pours afternoon tea to live piano, Pool Bar and Grill handles mezze and burgers outdoors, and Bar Trigona builds cocktails on Malaysian stingless bee honey.

Event space runs to 1,767 square metres. The Grand Ballroom covers 770 square metres and divides into three, seating 400 for a banquet or 950 standing, while the Four Seasons Ballroom splits into two rooms of 94 square metres for up to 60 each. The Summer, Autumn and Winter rooms, a boardroom and private dining at Curate and Yun House cover smaller gatherings.
