The five star hotel has direct covered access to the Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre and sits within walking distance of Suria KLCC and the Bukit Bintang shopping district, so you can leave the taxi queue behind. There are 571 rooms and suites, all newly refurbished, from Deluxe Rooms through Traders Club Rooms to City View, Twin Towers View and Family Suites. Each one holds a 55 inch smart television with Netflix and YouTube, motion sensor lighting, USB-C and USB-A charging points and a daybed by the window, while bathrooms keep a separate shower cubicle alongside the bath. Traders Club rooms and suites add lounge access with breakfast, afternoon tea and evening cocktails.

Beyond the pool and the gym, a 1.3 km jogging trail loops KLCC Park directly outside the door. Outside, a sheltered pedestrian walkway links the hotel to Suria KLCC and on to Bukit Bintang, so the shops and restaurants are reached without crossing traffic.
