Holidays to Six Senses Ninh Van Bay

Six Senses Ninh Van Bay sits on a dramatic bay in Ninh Hoa, Khanh Hoa, looking out to the East Vietnam Sea. Rock formations, a white sand beach and towering mountains frame the setting, and the bay can only be approached by water, which gives the stay a sense of arrival from the start. Nha Trang city lies close by. The resort suits couples seeking privacy, and families or groups who want a villa with up to three bedrooms.

There are nine villa types, from one to three bedrooms: Hill Top Pool Villa, Beachfront Pool Villa, Rock Pool Villa, Water Pool Villa, Family Beach Pool Villa, Two-Bedroom Hill Top Pool Villa, The Rock Retreat, The Water Reserve and Hill Top Reserve. Each villa has a dedicated Guest Experience Maker, a minibar with wine fridge, personal bicycles and access to the Six Senses app. Hand-crafted wooden bathtubs, outdoor showers and sun loungers feature across the range, and the Water Pool Villa has a private ladder into the sea.

Days can be spent on the water or on the hills. Boat charters, speedboat island hopping with snorkelling, water sports including skiing and diving, and fishing trips are all on offer, along with a sunset cruise with drinks and canapés. On land you can hike, trek and climb, or watch for wildlife. Vietnamese cooking classes, yoga and cinema under the stars on the beach fill the evenings, and the resort welcomes families and children.

Every pool villa has a private plunge pool, while the larger Hill Top Reserve and The Water Reserve add infinity pools, the first set among the treetops and the second on a cliff facing the sunset. A main pool lies beside the beach and Dining by the Pool. Wellness runs through the stay, with yoga, sound healing, a traditional bamboo massage and a reiki crystal facial using local herbs and oils. Four day wellness retreat packages are also offered. The source does not name the spa.

There are three restaurants and two bars. Dining by the Bay serves Vietnamese dishes, with a buffet breakfast and locally sourced seafood at dinner. Dining by the Pool offers Mediterranean and international cooking in a garden beside the main pool and beach, and Dining by the Rocks is a hilltop setting for contemporary Western dining on special occasions. Drinks by the Bay is a lounge for aperitifs and cocktails, and Drinks by the Beach pours draft beers and cocktails near the main pier. Destination Dining adds culinary experiences in a wine cave.

The resort sits close to Nha Trang city, though the journey is made by water, and transfer times are not published. Sustainability is part of the experience: Ninh Van Greens is the first in resort solar farm in Vietnam and supplies around 26 to 28 percent of the electricity. Coral restoration continues on the reefs, 14,700 mangrove trees were planted in 2025, and Earth Lab and Langur Lounge offer hands on activities.
