Holidays to OUTRIGGER Phi Phi Island Resort
OUTRIGGER Phi Phi Island Resort sits on Laem Tong Beach at the northern tip of Phi Phi Island, within Hat Nopparat Thara-Ko Phi Phi National Park, and is reached by boat. The beach opens onto calm water, coral reefs and limestone cliffs, away from the busier bays. The resort describes itself as in a soft opening, so some spaces are still being finished. A star rating and board basis are not published.
The resort offers beachfront suites and private villas, grouped as oceanfront, ocean view and garden villas. The site describes natural textures, open layouts and garden greens and ocean blues as the look. Interconnecting rooms are available in the Superior Garden rooms only, baby cots are available on request and rollaway beds are not. A room count is not published, and some villas are still being finished.
Kayaking, stand up paddleboarding and snorkelling are available, and the PADI Dive Center offers scuba diving and island excursions, though it is still being finished. The weekly calendar has beach volleyball, petanque, cornhole and sunrise yoga, with movie nights and live music in the evening. Coral Kids Club welcomes children of all ages, with under fours accompanied by a parent, and there is a teen zone. Babysitting is not available.
The resort FAQ describes two pools: a beachfront main pool measuring 20 metres by 10 and a lap pool measuring 22 metres by 6, both open from 8:00 to 20:00. Other pages mention a family main pool and a kids pool, so the pool arrangement is worth confirming. The wellness zone has a gym and an open-air yoga sala, and Zeavola Spa is the on-site spa, though it is still being finished.
There are two named venues. Mala Kitchen serves Thai and international dishes for breakfast, lunch and dinner in a relaxed, open setting. Edgewater Bar and Grill serves grilled seafood, Thai flavours and cocktails just steps from the sand, at lunch and dinner. Private beach dinners, a five course chef table and Thai cooking classes are also offered. Room service is not published.
Getting here means a boat. A shared transfer runs once daily from Royal Phuket Marina, leaving at 14:00 and arriving around 15:30, with the return leaving at 11:00, at an additional charge. Private transfers are available on request for up to ten people. There is no parking on the island. Longtail boats reach nearby lagoons, and island hopping trips are offered. Climate detail and distances to towns are not published.
