Shangri-La Boracay is a five-star resort spread across twelve hectares in a sheltered bay on Boracay's northern coastline, with 219 rooms, suites, and villas in a contemporary style with Filipino touches. It fronts two secluded beaches, Punta Bunga and Banyugan. Check-in is at 14:00, and check-out is at 12:00. The resort is smoke-free, with one designated smoking area on the fourth level near the shuttle waiting area.
Every room has a spacious balcony with a daybed. Deluxe, Deluxe Vista and Premier Seaview Rooms measure 63 square metres. The Premier Family Seaview and Questers rooms measure 66 square metres, and the Seaview Suite measures 127 square metres. Villas start at 216 square metres for the Tree House, Loft Garden, and Loft, reach 266 for the One-Bedroom Pool Villa, and rise to 700 and 858 for the 1,727-square-metre Presidential Villa.

Cielo sits by the main pool from 11:00 to 22:00, and Rima serves Mediterranean grills among the treetops from 17:00 to 22:30.

Meanwhile, the Entertainment Centre opens from 09:00 to 23:00 for arcade games, table tennis, karaoke, and billiards. The Eco Centre adds fish feeding and nature treks.
