All 338 rooms and suites take their palette from the rainforest, with open layouts and views across the resort, the garden or the reservoir. The Rangers' Club on basement one runs workshops and hands on activities for families, with sustainability and wildlife at the centre. Beyond it sit yoga, pilates, sound baths and a coffee making session called Kopi Craft, plus birdwatching, guided rainforest walks and rooftop stargazing. An organic garden and a children's playground fill the quieter hours, and the wildlife parks are a short walk away.

The rooftop pool on level five opens from seven in the morning until seven in the evening and looks across Upper Seletar Reservoir. Banyan Tree Spa on level two runs detoxifying body wraps built on turmeric and ginger, alongside signature massages aimed at circulation and muscle fatigue. The gym is open around the clock, with cardio equipment, free weights and strength training stations set against the surrounding greenery.

Planter's Shed is the all day restaurant, running buffets for breakfast and dinner with live cooking stations and roving tableside service, and a la carte through the middle of the day. Forage looks over the reservoir and works a harvest to table menu built on foraged seasonal produce. Botanica is the lobby bar, and a pool bar serves drinks and light bites on level five.

Mandai Wildlife Reserve begins 200 metres from the door, about five minutes on foot, and holds five parks between them. Changi Airport is 24 kilometres away, roughly half an hour by road, and the resort arranges transfers on request. Public buses reach the Mandai Transport Hub from Khatib MRT. The site sits in northern Singapore, well clear of the city centre and surrounded by rainforest on every side.
