An outdoor swimming pool sits alongside a fitness centre that stays open around the clock. The Spa runs from half past nine in the morning until nine at night and blends Asian healing traditions with modern technique, with hour long Reiki Healing, Singing Bowl Therapy and Manual Lymphatic Drainage among the bookable therapies. A Wellness Boost programme of classes runs on the Wellness Terrace on Level 5.

Ten restaurants and bars operate here. Cherry Garden by Chef Fei holds a Michelin star for Cantonese and Teochew cooking, Zuicho is led by Michelin-starred owner-chef Fumio Suzuki, and Dolce Vita handles Italian with a contemporary touch. embu lays on an international buffet, Morton's brings the American steakhouse, and MO BAR and BAY@5 pour cocktails over the bay. The Lobby Lounge serves afternoon tea, and in-room dining runs twenty-four hours.

The Esplanade Theatres On the Bay sits directly opposite, so concerts and performances are a short walk away. The Shoppes at Marina Bay Sands and the luxury shopping of Orchard Road are close by, and Gardens by the Bay lies across the water with its Flower Dome. Changi Airport is around twenty minutes by car. The hotel does not publish local climate detail.
