The hotel offers 43 rooms, suites and villas. Board basis is not published, although breakfast is listed among the services on every room page.

Rooms are grouped into three collections: Beach, Ocean and Tropical. Ocean and Tropical Rooms measure 25 to 30 sqm, and the Junior Suites and Prestige Junior Suites grow from there. The Creole Villa has two bedrooms, and Villa Nanne, at 315 sqm, has four bedrooms, a lounge and an outdoor bar. Air conditioning, Wi-Fi and a private terrace are listed throughout.

Activities lean towards the sea and the outdoors. TropicSurf runs surf lessons for beginners through to advanced surfers, adults and children alike, on request. Selva Studio, led by Diana Bourel, offers private yoga and breathwork, and fitness equipment is available for independent workouts.

There are two restaurants and a bar. The Rockies is an open-air dining room with panoramic sea views, and The Sandy Beach sets its tables at the water's edge. Both serve a shared French Caribbean menu of fresh fish, lobster, tropical fruit and garden herbs, with lunch from 12:00 to 14:30 and dinner from 18:30 to 21:30. Bar and Cocktails by the pool serves tropical-fruit cocktails with music until 11 pm. Breakfast is served à la carte from 07:00 to 10:30.

Beyond the hotel, Gustavia is a few minutes away, and Saint-Jean, with its beach clubs and kitesurfing, is a five-minute drive.
