Deluxe guest rooms open onto uninterrupted ocean views, and the rooms and suites include private patios, balconies, open decks and private plunge pools. Interconnecting rooms give families more space, and a single room sleeps up to eight people. Suites include ocean view and oceanfront options. Luxurious bedding, modern interiors and 24 hour in room dining shape the stay, and a mobile key speeds up arrival.

An open air pickleball court is open daily, and the beachside cabanas give the shoreline a shaded base. JW Culinary School runs hands on cooking classes with the in-house chef, limited to eight people, along with mixology sessions for up to twelve. Live music plays on the Lower Pool Deck three nights a week, drawing on Latin, Caribbean, steel pan and French sounds. JW Kids' Club offers arts and crafts, garden exploration and culinary classes.

The heated outdoor pool faces the sea and is billed as the island's largest infinity pool. Princess Juliana International Airport is the nearest gateway, and the island has more than 50 dive sites, including an underwater museum of 300 reef sculptures.
