Sailrock South Caicos is a boutique resort set on the beaches of South Caicos, between the turquoise Caicos Bank and the Atlantic Ocean. Its position gives you access to two beaches with distinct ocean settings, along with wide coastal views and a relaxed out-island atmosphere. The resort combines private accommodation with dining, watersports, wellness facilities and outdoor activities. Complimentary round-trip ground transfers from South Caicos Airport are included, and a breakfast credit is available depending on the selected offer.

Accommodation is divided between Ridgetop Suites, Beachfront Villas and Peninsula Villas. Ridgetop Suites sit on an elevated ridge with panoramic views of the Caicos Bank and Atlantic Ocean, private wraparound terraces and, in Premier Suites, an outdoor shower and bath garden with a private jetted tub. Beachfront Villas range from one to four bedrooms and include open-plan living areas, pool terraces and direct beach access. Peninsula Villas offer two- or three-bedroom units, chef-standard kitchens, ensuite bathrooms, and outdoor pool terraces, with private chef and butler services available for an additional charge.

Complimentary activities include snorkelling, kayaking, paddleboarding, Hobie Cat sailing and bicycling. On land, you can use tennis, pickleball and basketball courts, as well as the football pitch. Additional charge experiences include snorkelling tours, bonefishing lessons, guided kayak and paddleboard tours, private boat charters, ATV tours, fly fishing, private beach bonfires and secluded beach picnics. These excursions require booking.

The resort has an infinity-edge pool and a surrounding sun deck at the Great House, giving you a central place to relax between activities. Spa Cabanas offer select treatment services with views of the Atlantic Ocean and the Caicos Bank. A fitness centre and activities centre are also available, allowing you to maintain your routine during your stay.

Two main dining venues cover relaxed meals and drinks. Great House Restaurant and Bar serves seasonal cuisine with sunset views, while The Cove Restaurant and Beach Bar is set by Caicos Bank beach and offers lunch alongside signature cocktails. In-room dining is also available. Peninsula Villa stays can be enhanced with food and beverage provisioning or private in-villa chef services for an additional charge, subject to availability.

South Caicos is surrounded by clear water, beaches and an expansive barrier reef, so much of your time can centre on the island’s natural environment. You will usually reach South Caicos by a short island-hop flight from Providenciales, with the resort able to arrange flights and ground transportation. Direct flights from Miami to South Caicos are also listed on Wednesdays and Saturdays. Vehicle rentals, including cars and scooters, are available on request for an additional charge.
